So far, so good. I successfully downloaded the application and am working on several thousand rows of data. Not sure if my efforts will be successful, but so far I am pleased with the software.

It has a free mode. One can use the professional options for a time. It is a very good binary editor. I was searching for a way to extract text from *_DD files of damaged floppies, and for that Neo is not easy enough.

Use Free Hex Editor Neo to modify huge files

I had to change 1 byte in a 3.5GB file. Looks as an easy task but it is not if you do not have the right tool. I "googled" to find a suitable editod but none of them, incl. my favorite 'Hex Workshop' could do this task (OK, my Hex Workshop is old).
But when I found Free Hex Editor Neo and tried it I was very pleased to see that it could do it!
I think Free Hex Editor Neo is a very nice tool indeed, I have printed the list of features comparing it to the other versions of Hex Editor Neo and it could be my favorite very soon.
The same company has other nice tools, like USB monitor and Serial Monitor which could very helpful too.

Nice product by lack advanced data manipulation features. Bit shift on a range would be a nice feature etc.

The price for version with the features I need is way too expensive. In addition it doesnt even have all I want.

Much better than competing product thou!
